This gives me an immense pleasure to express few words as the Ex-student of Shree Pashupati Secondary School for the Golden Jubilee Souvenir 2076. It has been another remarkable year for the history of Pashupati School.
Revisiting the school always takes to the nostalgia of wonderful time we had studied at this prestigious institution in the entire country. The school has been doing an admirable work in producing quality graduates who have been preforming very well both within the country and outside. Since the time of establishment, this school was one of the pioneer educational institutions in Nepal.
It has its own history and role in providing quality education in the nation. It must be continuously working to provide the quality education that meets the global demand of international standards. Thinking that, on the occasion of Golden Jubilee this school is planning to launch Tourism subject as a technical subject which is huge admirable work.
Nepal a standout among the most wonderful pristine nation in the world and has been ranked on one of the best value destinations to visit by various organizations and websites. As we all are known about that black day in the historical backdrop of Nepal due to the devastating earthquake and blockades of India in 2072 B.S caused huge destruction in the tourism industry and had an extremely negative impact in travel industry and made getting round the country intense.
Different public and private segments of Nepal have been doing their best for the revival of hailing tourism industry that was hit hard by the decimation of earthquake and blockades of India. To explore and spread the message of revitalization of the country’s tourism sector, our school is planning for teaching tourism which will be milestone. It should be taken as a golden opportunity to boost up the quality of school.
For uplifting and promoting this technical subject in school all well-wishers, ex-students, ex-teachers and different personalities are also contributing in different ways. Me myself feel so proud to involve as a campaigner to collect fund in Pokhara.
We should be concerned on providing the qualitative education which is possible through technology. We should try to shift ourselves from bricks to bits in tourism which surely enhance to raise the quality of institution.
I hope, through this new educational program students will be benefited by standing as a competitive candidate on international market and school will be known as a best destination for quality education in the country. Good planning, well academic strategy, perfect management and new digitization system are the fundamental tools-to achieve the goal.
Before I conclude, I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all respected teachers who taught me. I shall ever remain indebted to this school.
